Frequently asked  questions

  • Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
    Both events are taking place at Villa Andrea. Address: Via Vecchia Cilentana, 84047 Loc. Giancesare, Capaccio SA, Italy.
  • Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?
    The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors. Wedding cake, desserts buffet and open bar outdoors. Dance floor indoors.
  • What time should I arrive?
    We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Make sure to be there at 17:00.
  • What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
    We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail/semi-formal attire for our wedding.
  • Will transportation be provided?
    Yes, we will have transportation between the Hotel and Villa Andrea on both ways. Two shuttle options provided: - to get you from your hotel to the venue for the wedding; - to get you back from the venue to your hotel after the party. Please RSVP if you'd like transportation so we can arrange numbers and prepare our drivers.
  • Will the venue have parking?
    Yes, Villa Andrea will have a parking lot to accommodate any guests who choose to drive.
  • Will there be any special diet options for dinner?
    Yes, please let us know any diet restrictions as soon as possible so we can arrange a different menu option for you!
  • Will there be an open bar?
    YES! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you... Get ready to party!
  • What happens after the ceremony?
    After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head straight to cocktail hour where appetizers and cocktails will be served. Following cocktail hour is the reception where the real party starts!
  • What should I do if I can't make it?
    You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” on your invitation so we can plan accordingly.
